EigenRisk Appoints Henry Allen as Chief Commercial Officer
Prominent Industry Exec Will Lead Global Sales, Account Management, Help Drive Growth Strategy and Product Development
ANN ARBOR, MI, November 30, 2021 – EigenRisk, Inc. today announced the appointment of Henry (Hank) Allen as chief commercial officer.
In this new position, Allen will report directly to Deepak Badoni, president, EigenRisk, and will lead sales and account management. Based in Vero Beach, FL, he also will play a key role in the development of the firm’s global growth strategy as well as its product roadmap.
A prominent insurance industry leader, Allen has more than 25 years of financial services experience, including senior management positions in insurance, leasing, lending and private equity in both the consumer and commercial segments. He was among EigenRisk’s initial advisors, helping guide its launch in 2014.

Allen joins EigenRisk from insurtech Gobsmack Limited, where he was CEO from 2016 – 2021. Previously, he was Commercial & Growth Leader at GE Capital International. He also was a senior leader at Aurora Consulting LLC and CEO of The Receivables Exchange.
Earlier in his career, Allen was with Marsh Inc. in New York and London where he held a series of senior leadership roles, culminating with his appointment as president, Multinational Business, responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise-wide client service across more than 40 countries and all product lines. Before joining Marsh, he served in various leadership and functional roles with GE Capital and 3i.
