A sub-processor is a third- party supplier or sub-contractor engaged by EigenRisk who agrees to receive customer data, including possibly personal data, from EigenRisk intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of EigenRisk customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by EigenRisk; (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between EigenRisk and the sub-processor.
